Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 17:1008

Ali bin Hashim narrated to us, from Ibn Abi Layla, from Isa, from Abd al-Rahman bin Abi Layla, who said: The Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) said: "Do not curse the night, nor the day, nor the sun, nor the moon, nor the wind; for it is sent as a punishment upon some people and as a mercy upon others."
