Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 17:1035

Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Waki’ narrated to us, from Thabit ibn ‘Umarah, from Ghunaym ibn Qays, from Abu Musa, who said: Any woman who perfumes herself, then goes out to the mosque so that her scent may be found, her prayer shall not be accepted until she performs ghusl (a full ritual bath) like her ghusl from janabah (major ritual impurity).
