Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 17:1046

Ibn Numayr narrated to us, from al-A‘mash, from Abu Salih, from Abu Hurayrah, from the Prophet (peace be upon him), who said: "There was a branch of a tree on a path that was harming people, so a man removed it, and he was admitted into Paradise."
