Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 17:1082

Abu al-Ahwas narrated to us, from Simak, from Jabir ibn Samurah, that the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, when he prayed the dawn (Fajr) prayer, would sit in his place of prayer until the sun rose.
