Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 17:1085

Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Waki’ narrated to us, from Sufyan, from Jabir, from Abu Ja’far, he said: Do not sleep in a house by yourself, for the devil is not [one who is] alone.
