Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 17:1102

Sharīk narrated to us, from ‘Abd al-Malik ibn ‘Umayr, from Rajā’ ibn Ḥaywah, from Abū al-Dardā’, who said: "There are three things, whoever possesses them is a hypocrite: he who practices divination (kahanah), or seeks omens (istiqsām), or is turned back from a journey by an omen (ṭīrah)."
