Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 17:1164

Abdah ibn Sulayman narrated to us, from Yahya ibn Sa'id, from Sa'id ibn al-Musayyib, from Abu Hurayrah, that Ibrahim (peace be upon him) was circumcised with an adze while he was one hundred and twenty years old. Then he lived after that for eighty years.
