Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 17:1178

Ibn Idris narrated to us, from Layth, from Tawus, from Ibn Abbas, who said: The Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) said: "Make things easy and do not make things difficult."
