Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 17:1190

Waki’ narrated to us, from Isra’il, from al-Walid ibn al-‘Aizar, from ‘Ikrimah, that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) would not enter a house in which there was a mukhannath (effeminate man).
