Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 17:1202

Ibn ‘Uyaynah narrated to us, from Hisham, from his father, from ‘Aisha, from the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), who said: "Let not one of you say, 'My soul has become wicked' (khabuthat nafsi), but let him say, 'My soul has become troubled' (laqasat nafsi)."
