Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 17:1243

Ibn Numayr narrated to us, from Musa al-Juhani, who said: A man narrated to me, from Sa’id ibn Jubayr, that he said: Whoever says: "So exalted is Allah when you reach the evening and when you reach the morning" (until he completes the verse) three times, he attains what he missed of his day. And whoever says it, he attains what he missed of his day.
