Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 17:1280

Abu Khalid al-Ahmar narrated to us, from Ibn ‘Ajlan, from ‘Amr ibn Shu’ayb, from his father, from his grandfather, who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "The arrogant will come on the Day of Resurrection like tiny particles in the form of men. Everything small will be above them. Then they will be driven to a prison in Hell called 'Bulas'. A fire of fires will rise above them, and they will be given to drink from 'tinat al-khabal' (the discharge of the people of Hell)."
