Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 17:1289

Ghundar narrated to us, from Shu'bah, from 'Ali ibn Mudrik, from Abu Zur'ah, from Kharashah ibn al-Hurr, from Abu Dharr, from the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), who said: "Three [types of people] Allah will not speak to on the Day of Resurrection, nor will He look at them, nor will He purify them, and for them is a painful punishment." He said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) recited it three times. Abu Dharr said: "They are disappointed and lost! Who are they, O Messenger of Allah?" He said: "The one who lets his garment trail (al-musbil), the one who reminds others of his charity (al-mannan), and the one who sells his merchandise by means of false swearing."
