Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 17:1293

Abu Mu'awiyah narrated to us, from al-A'mash, from Yazid al-Raqashi, from al-Hasan, who said: The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: "Envy almost overcomes destiny, and poverty almost becomes disbelief."
