Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 17:1295

Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Abd al-Salam narrated to us, from Mughira, from Ibrahim, regarding the saying of the Exalted: "And those who, when they spend, are neither extravagant nor stingy, but are between that, a just [medium]." He said: He does not starve them, and he does not leave them naked, and he does not spend an expenditure about which people say, "He has been extravagant in it."
