Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 17:1343

Abu Mu'awiyah narrated to us, from 'Asim, from al-Sha'bi, who said: "Indeed, among the expenditures that are multiplied by seven hundred times is a man's expenditure upon himself and his household."
