Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 17:1381

Ubayd Allah ibn Musa narrated to us, from al-Awza'i, from Qurrah, from al-Zuhri, from Abu Salamah, from Abu Hurayrah, from the Prophet (peace be upon him), who said: "Every speech of importance that does not begin with the praise of Allah is severed (of blessings)."
