Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 17:1394

Ubayd Allah narrated to us, from Isra'il, from Abu Yahya, from Mujahid, from Ibn Abbas, from the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), who said: "The thigh is part of the 'awrah (intimate parts)."
