Hadith 17:15
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Abu Mu'awiyah and Waki' narrated to us, from al-A'mash, from Shaqiq, from Masruq, from 'Abdullah ibn 'Amr, who said: The Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) was neither obscene nor did he seek obscenity. And he used to say: "Indeed, among the best of you are those with the best characters."
حدثنا أبو بكر قال حدثنا أبو معاوية ووكيع عن الأعمش عن شقيق عن مسروق عن عبد الله بن عمرو قال لم يكن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم فاحشا ولا متفحشا وكان يقول إن من خياركم أحاسنكم أخلاقا
