Hadith 17:187
Waki’ narrated to us, from Abu Hilal, who said: I asked Al-Hasan and Ibn Sirin, and they both said: "There is no harm in it." That you take from the length of your beard.
حدثنا وكيع عن أبي هلال قال سألت الحسن وبن سيرين فقالا لا بأس به أن تأخذ من طول لحيتك
