Hadith 17:241
Abu Dawud narrated to us, from Shu'bah, from Mu'awiyah ibn Qurrah, who said: "If I were to see a man with a severed hand and mention him [by that description], I would say: 'The one with the severed hand,' and that would be backbiting." He said: "So I mentioned this to Abu Ishaq, and he said: 'He spoke the truth.'"
حدثنا أبو داود عن شعبة عن معاوية بن قرة قال لو رأيت أقطع فذكرته فقلت الأقطع كانت غيبة قال فذكرت لأبي إسحاق فقال صدق
