Hadith 17:280
Abu Usama narrated to us, from Habib ibn Shahid, from Abu Mijlaz, who said: Muawiyah entered a house in which were Abdullah ibn Amir and Abdullah ibn al-Zubayr. Abdullah ibn Amir stood up, but Abdullah ibn al-Zubayr did not stand up. Muawiyah said to Ibn Amir, "Sit down, for I heard the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, say: 'Whoever is pleased that men should stand before him, let him take his seat in the Fire.'"
حدثنا أبو اسامة عن حبيب بن شهيد عن أبي مجلز قال دخل معاوية بيتا فيه عبد الله بن عامر وعبد الله بن الزبير فقام عبد الله بن عامر ولم يقم عبد الله بن الزبير [ فقال ] معاوية لابن عامر اجلس فإني سمعت رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم يقول من سره أن يتمثل له الرجال قياما فليتبوأ مقعده من النار
