Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 17:299

Waki’ narrated to us, from al-A’mash, from Ibrahim, from ‘Abdullah; and from Mujahid, from Abu Ma’mar, from ‘Abdullah; and from ‘Amr ibn Murrah, from Abu al-Bakhtari, from ‘Abdullah, who said: Lying is not appropriate, neither in seriousness nor in jest. Then ‘Abdullah recited: "Fear Allah and be with the truthful."
