Hadith 17:329
Yahya ibn Adam narrated to us, from Sufyan, from Abdullah ibn Uthman ibn Khuthaym, from Sa’id ibn Jubayr, from Ibn Abbas, who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "The best of your kohl is antimony (al-ithmid); it clears the vision and makes the hair grow."
حدثنا يحيى بن آدم عن سفيان عن عبد الله بن عثمان بن خثيم عن سعيد بن جبير عن بن عباس قال قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم خير اكحالكم الاثمد يجلو البصر وينبت الشعر
