Hadith 17:330
'Abd al-Rahim ibn Sulayman narrated to us, from Isma'il ibn Muslim, from Muhammad ibn al-Munkadir, from Jabir, who said: I heard the Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) saying: "You must use antimony (ithmid) when sleeping, for it strengthens the eyesight and makes the hair grow."
حدثنا عبد الرحيم بن سليمان عن إسماعيل بن مسلم عن محمد بن المنكدر عن جابر قال سمعت رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم يقول عليكم بالاثمد عند النوم فإنه يشد البصر وينبت الشعر
