Hadith 17:365
Waki’ narrated to us, from ‘Imran, from Abu Mijlaz, who said: If a man sits with you intentionally, do not stand up until you ask his permission.
حدثنا وكيع عن عمران عن أبي مجلز قال إذا جلس إليك رجل متعمدا فلا تقم حتى تسأذنه
