Hadith 17:371
Sufyan ibn 'Uyaynah narrated to us, from Muhammad ibn 'Ajlan, that he heard 'Amir ibn 'Abdullah ibn al-Zubayr saying: Rayhanah narrated to me that her family sent her to 'Umar, and she entered upon him without permission. So he taught her and said to her: "Go out, then give the greeting (salam). If he returns it to you, then ask for permission."
حدثنا سفيان بن عيينة عن محمد بن عجلان سمع عامر بن عبد الله بن الزبير يقول حدثتني ريحانة أن أهلها أرسلوها إلى عمر فدخلت عليه بغير اذن فعلمها فقال لها اخرجي فسلمي فإذا رد عليك فاستأذني
