Hadith 17:389
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Isma'il ibn 'Ulayyah narrated to us, from Ghalib, he said: We were sitting at the door of al-Hasan when a man came to him and said: My father narrated to me, from my grandfather, he said: My father sent me to the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, and said: Go to him and convey the greeting of peace to him. So I came to him and said: My father conveys the greeting of peace to you. He said: And upon you and upon your father be peace.
حدثنا أبو بكر قال حدثنا إسماعيل بن علية عن غالب قال إنا لجلوس بباب الحسن إذ جاءه رجل فقال حدثني أبي عن جدي قال بعثني أبي إلى رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم فقال ائته فأقرئه السلام فأتيته فقلت ان أبي يقرئك السلام فقال وعليك وعلى أبيك السلام
