Hadith 17:617
Yahya ibn Sa'id al-Qattan narrated to us, from Muhammad ibn Abi Yahya, from his father, from Abu Sa'id, who said: The Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) said on the day of al-Hudaybiyyah: "Do not kindle a fire at night." Then he said: "Kindle [it] and make food, for a people will never reach your mudd nor your sa'."
حدثنا يحيى بن سعيد القطان عن محمد بن أبي يحيى عن أبيه عن أبي سعيد قال قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم يوم الحديبية لا توقدوا نارا بليل ثم قال أوقدوا واصطنعوا فإنه لن يدرك قوم مدكم ولا صاعكم
