Hadith 17:719
Ibn Numayr narrated to us, from Hisham ibn Urwah, from his father, that Hassan ibn Thabit asked the Prophet (peace be upon him) to satirize Abu Sufyan. He said, "What about my kinship?" He (Hassan) said, "By the One who honored you, I shall extract you from them as a hair is extracted from dough."
حدثنا بن نمير عن هشام بن عروة عن أبيه أن حسان بن ثابت سأل النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم أن يهجو أبا سفيان قال فكيف بقرابتي قال والذي أكرمك لأسلنك منهم سل الشعر من العجين
