Hadith 17:751
Yazid ibn Harun narrated to us, he said: Hammad ibn Salamah informed us, from Abu Ja'far al-Khatmi, that the Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) was building the mosque, and Abdullah ibn Rawahah was saying: "Successful is he who works on the mosques." And the Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) was saying: "Indeed, successful is he who works on the mosques." And the Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) was saying and reciting the Quran, standing and sitting, while they were building the mosque.
حدثنا يزيد بن هارون قال أخبرنا حماد بن سلمة عن أبي جعفر الخطمي أن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم كان يبني المسجد وعبد الله بن رواحة يقول % أفلح من يعالج المساجدا % % ورسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم يقول % قد أفلح من يعالج المساجدا % % ورسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم يقول % ويتلو القرآن قائما وقاعدا % % % وهم يبنون المسجد
