Hadith 17:793
Mu'adh ibn Mu'adh narrated to us, from al-Taymi, from Abu 'Uthman, who said: 'Umar said: "Indeed, in ambiguous speech (al-ma'arid) there is that which suffices or exempts a man from lying."
