Hadith 17:794
'Uqbah ibn Khalid narrated to us, from Shu'bah, from Qatadah, from Mutarrif ibn 'Abdullah ibn al-Shikhkhir, from 'Imran ibn Husayn, who said: "Indeed, in ambiguous speech (al-ma'areed) there is a way out (or: ample room) from lying."
