Hadith 17:82
Hussain bin Ali narrated to us, from Za'idah, from Ali bin Zaid, from Abu Nadrah, from Abu Sa'id, who said: I heard the Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) saying: "Beware of anger, for it is a live coal that kindles in the heart of the son of Adam. Do you not see the swelling of his jugular veins and the redness of his eyes? So whoever feels anything of that, let him cleave to the earth."
حدثنا حسين بن علي عن زائدة عن علي بن زيد عن أبي نضرة عن أبي سعيد قال سمعت رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم يقول اتقوا الغضب فإنها جمرة توقد في قلب بن آدم ألم تروا إلى انتفاخ أوداجه وحمرة عينيه فمن أحس من ذلك شيئا فليلزق بالأرض
