Hadith 17:850
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Waki’ narrated to us, he said: Mis’ar and Sufyan narrated to us, from ‘Abd al-Malik ibn ‘Umayr, from Abu al-Ahwas. Sufyan said: From ‘Abdullah (ibn Mas’ud), and Mis’ar shortened it (i.e., did not attribute it to the Prophet): "Beware of these marked dice which are cast with a specific casting, for they are of the gambling (al-maysir)."
حدثنا أبو بكر قال حدثنا وكيع قال حدثنا مسعر وسفيان عن عبد الملك بن عمير عن أبي الأحوص قال سفيان عن عبد الله وقصر به مسعر إياكم وهذ الكعاب الموسومة التي تزجر زجرا فإنها من الميسر
