Hadith 17:858
Ali ibn Hisham narrated to us, from Ibn Abi Layla, from al-Hakam regarding chess: He said, "They used to consider the one who looks at it like the one who looks at swine flesh, and the one who turns it [moves the pieces] like the one who turns swine flesh."
حدثنا علي بن هشام عن بن أبي ليلى عن الحكم في الشطرنج قال كانوا ينزلون الناظر إليها كالناظر إلى لحم الخنزير والذي يقلبها كالذي يقلب لحم الخنزير
