Hadith 17:859
Waki’ narrated to us, he said: Ibrahim ibn Isma’il ibn Mujammi’ narrated to us, from Yazid ibn ‘Ubayd, the freed slave of Salamah ibn al-Akwa’, that he used to forbid his sons from playing with fourteen [knucklebones/dice] with the severest of prohibitions.
حدثنا وكيع قال حدثنا إبراهيم بن إسماعيل بن مجمع عن يزيد بن عبيد مولى سلمة بن الأكوع أن كان ينهى بنيه عن اللعب بأربعة عشر أشد النهي
