Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 17:90

Waki’ narrated to us, from Abu ‘Asim al-Thaqafi, from Muhammad ibn ‘Abd Allah ibn Qārib, who said: I heard ‘Abd Allah ibn ‘Amr saying with a sharp tongue of his: "Indeed, the kinship (al-rahim) is suspended from the Throne, calling out with a sharp tongue of its own: 'O Allah, join whoever joins me, and sever whoever severs me.'"
