Hadith 17:959
Ghundar narrated to us, from Shu'bah, from Sa'd ibn Ibrahim, from Ma'bad al-Juhani, from Mu'awiyah, who said: I heard the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, say: "Beware of excessive praising, for it is the slaughter."
حدثنا غندر عن شعبة عن سعد بن إبراهيم عن معبد الجهني عن معاوية قال سمعت رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم يقول إياكم والتمادح فإنه الذبح
