Hushaym narrated to us, from Ya'la ibn 'Ata, from Waki' ibn 'Adas al-'Uqayli, from his paternal uncle Abu Razin, that he heard the Prophet (peace be upon him) saying: "The dream is upon the foot of a bird as long as it is not interpreted; but when it is interpreted, it falls." He said: "And the dream is one part of forty-six parts of prophethood." And I think he said: "Do not narrate it except to a loving one or a person of sound judgment."
