Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 23:149

Abdullah ibn Idris narrated to us, from al-Mukhtar ibn Fulful, from Anas, who said: The Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) said: "Indeed, prophethood and messengership have ceased." The people became distressed, so he said: "But the glad tidings (al-mubashshirat) remain, and they are a part of prophethood."
