Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 23:157

Ubayd Allah ibn Musa narrated to us, from Sufyan, from Firas, from Abu Sa'id, that the Prophet of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) said: "The dream of a righteous Muslim man is one part out of seventy parts of prophethood."
