Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 23:159

Waki’ ibn al-Jarrah narrated to us, from Sufyan, from Abu Ishaq, from Abu al-Ahwas, from Abdullah; and Sufyan [narrated] from Abu Salih, from Abu Hurayrah, who said: The Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) said: "Whoever sees me in a dream has indeed seen me, for Satan does not take my form."
