Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 23:17

Ibn ‘Uyaynah narrated to us, from ‘Amr, from Nafi‘ ibn Jubayr, that the Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) sent Bishr ibn Suhaym al-Ghifari on the Day of Sacrifice to call out to the people: "No one shall enter Paradise except a believing soul."
