Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 23:180

Affan narrated to us, he said: Hammad bin Salamah narrated to us, from Thabit, from Anas, that the Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) said: "I saw as if I were in the house of Uqbah bin Rafi, and we were brought fresh dates from the dates of Tab. So I interpreted that as: the loftiness (rif'ah) is for us in the world, and the well-being (afiyah) is in the Hereafter, and that our religion has become good (taba)."
