Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 23:206

Abdullah ibn Bakr al-Sahmi narrated to us, from Hatim ibn Abi Saghir, from Ibn Abi Mulaykah, from Aisha bint Talhah, from Aisha, the Mother of the Believers, that she killed a jinn. She was then approached in what is seen by the sleeper (a dream), and it was said to her, "By Allah, you have killed a Muslim." She said, "Then he would not have entered upon the wives of the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace." It was said to her, "He does not enter upon you except while you are in your clothes." She woke up terrified and ordered twelve thousand [dirhams] to be given in the way of Allah.
