Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 23:37

Ibn Numayr narrated to us, he said: Zakariyya narrated to us, from Sa’id ibn Ibrahim, he said: [The son of] Ka’b ibn Malik informed me, from his father, he said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "The believer is like the tender stalk of a plant; the wind tilts it, knocking it down one time and straightening it another, until it dries up. And the disbeliever is like the firm cedar tree upon its roots; nothing tilts it until it is uprooted all at once."
