Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 23:38

Waki’ narrated to us, from ‘Imran bin Hudayr, from Yahya [bin Sa’id], from Bashir bin Nahik, from Abu Hurayrah, who said: The likeness of the weak believer is like the tender stalk of a plant; the wind tilts it one time and straightens it another time. He said: I said, "And the strong believer?" He said: Like the palm tree; it gives its fruit [every] time by the permission of its Lord, and the wind does not tilt it.
