Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 23:80

Yazid ibn Harun narrated to us, he said: Muhammad ibn ‘Amr informed us, from Abu Salamah, from Abu Hurayrah, who said: The Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) said: "The fornicator does not fornicate while he is a believer, and the thief does not steal while he is a believer, and the drinker of wine does not drink it while he is a believer, and he does not plunder a plunder upon which people raise their eyes while he is a believer."
