Hadith 4:126
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Abu Khalid narrated to us, from Dawud, from al-Sha'bi, al-Hasan, and Sa'id ibn al-Musayyib, they said: The companions of the Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) would be traveling, so the one who fasted would fast, and the one who broke the fast would break it. The one who fasted would not criticize the one who broke the fast, nor would the one who broke the fast criticize the one who fasted.
حدثنا أبو بكر قال حدثنا أبو خالد عن داود عن الشعبي والحسن وسعيد بن المسيب قالوا كان اصحاب رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم مسافرين فيصوم الصائم ويفطر المفطر فلا يعيب الصائم على المفطر ولا المفطر على الصائم
